Selective Laser Melting Co-Cr-Mo Alloy Powder for Dental Use

The laser powder bed fusion cobalt‑chromium‑molybdenum alloy powder for dental use is applicable to fabricating dental prostheses via metal 3D printing using Selective Laser Melting (SLM) technology. It can be used to manufacture frameworks and clasps of removable partial dentures, frameworks of complete dentures, as well as metal inlays and posts & cores for metal prostheses. It is compatible with metal 3D printers from all mainstream manufacturers on the market.



Main Features

1. Low‑temperature annealing can be conducted with a tubular vacuum infrared rapid annealing furnace, delivering smooth surface finish and excellent ductility after annealing; clasps allow repeated adjustment and fitting.

2. Low‑temperature annealing can also be performed in a muffle furnace or atmosphere‑controlled furnace with minimal surface oxidation.

3. Bright surface can be achieved after plasma polishing or polymer polishing.
